After clearing out the cigarette butts and airing out the basement, I found a hole in my master bedroom wall that the apprentice (who I paid an extra 1,000 to have) drilled through the inside wall. 7 months later, someone comes out to repair the wall…after I followed up on a weekly basis…and put the “grounding rods” that destroyed my lawn mower in the ground. Our 2 year old heat pump purchased from Bryant Heating & Cooling has had service problems of a failed blower motor and faulty wiring. After 1 1/2 years, the blower motor failed. This company wanted $700 for 45 minutes of labor not covered past the one year warranty. I felt this was very excessive. They discounted the labor to $400, which I accepted because it was the middle of summer heat and we had family staying with us. I called for service 5-21-24 cooling system stopped working on heat pump, tech replaced fuse, no invoice was given to me, but was informed of growth inside air handler and could correct for $1,192.00 however he informed me my unit was out of warranty and had been for 2 years and I should replace it, since I had already spent $1,028.00 in December 2023. My husband fell after having Chemo and busted the tank of our toilet. I called Bryant to come out to replace, but was at the ER when they came with him. He ended up having Sepsis and was admitted. I didn't have time to call anyone else to fix or mess with it. BRYANT charged me 850.00 to replace a regular toilet that took them 30 minutes to install. I feel like they took advantage of me and NO WAY was that toilet 850.00. BEWARE

I scheduled repairs. I needed an electrician to connect the ground wire in the breaker box to the bus bar. I needed an plumber to replace the dishwasher valve. The plumber from the job verified that the valve needed replaced and asked about payment. I asked if I could pay after the electrician went out so I would not have to pay twice. He called his manager and said that payment had to be made following the job, but that he could give me a quote for both jobs so I could pay that day and the plumbing job would be made. Our A/C went out on Monday morning. Tech showed up in afternoon and replaced capacitor (3rd time) and contactor (2nd) to discover compressor was bad. No repair possible until Friday (outside temps in 90s/inside temps in 80s). A “warranty” repair, I verified on Thursday we were first job on Friday (9AM). One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in my life. Air conditioning went out in my home a little over a year ago, took them almost two months to replace and "fix" the problem and it still doesn't work today. I responded to an ad from Bryant for an $80.00 cleaning and check of system. My heating and cooling system was working great, I just wanted to take advantage of the cleaning special which was also advertised as a guarantee. The tech said he could not clean the ac unit due to the fact that I had no outside water spigot. I hooked his water hose up to my inside washing machine outlet so he could clean the unit. We called Bryant Electric to replace a ceiling fan in our home. The company would not give us an estimate, saying they would have to see what needed to be done. The supervisor came out and replaced the fan. Work was slow, but got the job done. The price for this turned out to be $492, which, according to the supervisor, included an 18% military discount.
