Peter came in to check out the furnace before winter got here. He explained what he was going to look for and replaced the furnace filter. He let me know when he was on the way so that I could plan the rest of my day. I appreciate his professionalism.

They answered the call with only 4 rings. Offered to send help that evening which wasn’t convenient for me so they came the next morning. Technician listened to us, examined system, discussed needs and quickly repaired our problem. I was happy and satisfied from start to finish. My thanks to Peter who provided the needed repairs and the secretary who took my call.
On Monday October 25, 2017 Bryant Heating and Cooling to come out and service our furnace for the fall cleaning, we felt like the first guy who came guy didn't know what he was doing. He called the office and request that they send someone else out because he thought there was other issues. Sean ***** came out and gave it a complete check and recleaned it.
