Daniel was efficient and friendly. Men delivering the mattress called from an out of state number which I don’t answer so unfortunately they had to wait for me. Thanks for a quick delivery.

We've purchased 3 items from Rifes over the last 2 years and we're happy with all of them. The furniture is unique and attractive-we get compliments on then all the time. Service was good and helpful. The only suggestion is to pay their delivery people more. They worked hard!
I had been searching for a recliner for a relative being released from the hospital. Time was ticking...I had searched everywhere, and then I discovered Rife's on Southwood. Within a half hour, I had the right size chair in a color I like and delivery scheduled for two days after. It was a relief, and a pleasure dealing with these folks...highly recommended.
I ended up getting a great deal on a glider recliner that fit me well. I didn’t think I could get a furniture store quality chair for this good of price. The salesman Rob was nice. I had to pick up the chair myself at the warehouse but didn’t mind. Got a $640.00 chair for $299.00) it would have been nice to get a call from Rob that the chair made it from the Roseburg warehouse but found out he was extremely busy on a big sale they were having on a Friday. So overall real happy! Thanks Steve Smith
