Rob was a comfortable helpful salesman. The delivery and set up went great. The two guys were careful, polite and complete.
I had a great experience. I went in wanting to get a bed that day, I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They got me approved and my salesman, David, helped and gave pointers without being pushy. 10/10 would recommend David and Rifes to a friend!

If there was a way to make 0 stars I would. We have bought from this company for over 20 years. We recently bought a sectional couch. We spent 3k on. As soon as we got it home my husband noticed a flaw on the cushion of the couch. We called the store and they told us to bring it to the warehouse and they would exchange it. So we did. Then when we got home my husband sat in one of the cushions and sank clear to the frame.
