The sales person that helped us, His name is Paul was very professional and extremely helpful. Paul was also a man of his word, he kept every promise he told my wife and I. Delivery was and schedule on the day and time he said. It is very nice to work with people and that behave professionally, If anyone asks me where to go for furniture, I will let them know to go to that store. Oakway in Eugene

We’ve purchased furniture from Rife’s before and have been very pleased. This last purchase was great, but the power cord was lost at a memory care center after seven months and we had to order another one. Rife’s really stepped up to some challenges we had with getting the right power cord for our recliner. After some communication misunderstandings Rife’s went out of their way to make things right and make sure that we are happy customers. Thank you, Rife’s!
