Excellent experience working with the sales person, he was friendly, patient and guided us through the entire process nicely. We ended up with the top of the line Temperpedic split king bed carried at Rifes with two separate bases. As a gay couple shopping for a bed, walking in to test them has been stressful in the past. No stress here!
I am new to the area. Rife’s salesman, Michael, provided the information and time to make my choices. I was most excited all the colorful fabrics that I could choose from to customize my new furniture. I feel the furniture is a good value for quality furniture.
Great guys
Customer service was great at both stores. Sales reps were patient and willing to answer all questions, and helped us figure out what we really wanted. When furniture arrived, I felt it was too hard so went back to store as I was rethinking about making some changes. But after speaking with rep and getting some tips of how to break in the new furniture, I returned home very please. Love my new couch and loveseat and all the features that come with it. Thanks for making our experience a great one.

Mike was very professional. He knew all about the products in the store. He had a sense of humor, which I enjoyed. We wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
Everything was delivered as promised on the scheduled. Perfect fit, we love our new recliners and long over due new furniture.

Appreciated the thoroughness as well as the patience with which the salesperson engaged us. Answered well and patiently all questions asked, even repeat questions. A good and versatile inventory was also appreciated.
