If there was a way to make 0 stars I would. We have bought from this company for over 20 years. We recently bought a sectional couch. We spent 3k on. As soon as we got it home my husband noticed a flaw on the cushion of the couch. We called the store and they told us to bring it to the warehouse and they would exchange it. So we did. Then when we got home my husband sat in one of the cushions and sank clear to the frame. I Wish there was a way to mark no stars. This company is horrible.  My husband and I have been buying furniture from this company for many years.  We recently bought a couch from them.  We went to pick the couch up from the warehouse and noticed when we got home that one of the cushions had a flaw we called the store and they exchanged the cushion.  Then we noticed one of the cushions when sat on would sink clear down to the frame.   So again, we called the store and explained to them the issue.  They said they would order u... read more

Giving money to the fascist Sinclair broadcasting co by advertising on their stations has put them on a never will I ever list. They cancelled Jimmy! Shame. So anti American. This is a communist company

The delivery people were friendly and fast. They moved a dresser for me when they didn’t have to. The delivery did arrive at the tail end of the three hour window which was just a touch frustrating - it would be nice to shorten the window for customers.

Sells was easy. Delivery another thing, they scratched the side of my sofa, I pointed it out , and they said we would get that part replaced, there has been no follow up or help getting this part replaced. Very very upset
