I worked with Paul and he was so helpful. He listened to what we wanted and even was able to get same day delivery for us. He talked to us about what we wanted, what we liked and was very helpful.

We have had nothing short of an exceptional experience at Rife's. We went in on a Monday and bought a couch was told delivery Saturday, we went in Wednesday and decided to buy a TV stand, was told they could deliver both together the following Tuesday. We mentioned that we had company coming Friday and no couch in our home, they immediately called the warehouse and made arrangements to have both items to us by that coming Friday (48hrs later). Service was excellent, helpful but not pushy and garolous. Price was better than similar brick n mortar competitors and matched online prices. Product was first rate and came with mfg’s and store’s personal guarantee. Both thumbs up, Rifes!
Excellent experience working with the sales person, he was friendly, patient and guided us through the entire process nicely. We ended up with the top of the line Temperpedic split king bed carried at Rifes with two separate bases. As a gay couple shopping for a bed, walking in to test them has been stressful in the past. No stress here!
I am new to the area. Rife’s salesman, Michael, provided the information and time to make my choices. I was most excited all the colorful fabrics that I could choose from to customize my new furniture. I feel the furniture is a good value for quality furniture.
