Your salesman Rob Alexander spent a great deal of time with us and listened patiently while we changed our minds and asked questions. It was Rob who finally made a suggestion that we buy a mattress that can be raised and lowered at the head and foot , which turned out to be perfect. The mattress was delivered on time and we had plenty of notice that the driver was coming.
