Rife's has a good selection of home furnishings in a variety of price ranges so there is a lot to choose from. Rob was the salesman that helped me in a very nice and professional way but all the salesmen were very nice also. After thinking about my selection overnight I decided that it was not the best choice for my area so went back the next day and upgraded to another type of seating arrangement which was an easy process. Your salesman Rob Alexander spent a great deal of time with us and listened patiently while we changed our minds and asked questions. It was Rob who finally made a suggestion that we buy a mattress that can be raised and lowered at the head and foot , which turned out to be perfect. The mattress was delivered on time and we had plenty of notice that the driver was coming.
Prompt, courteous, efficient, neat, timely. ALL GOOD :)
