We spent several hours over two different days choosing new mattresses and reclining sofas. David was very helpful and not pushy. The items arrived within the specified time and delivery was on time. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were very hard -working and courteous. It has been two weeks and,so far, we love all our pieces
I was shopping for a mattress set in the Eugene store. Chris with the bow tie was our salesman and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all. I did buy a mattress set and will recommend the store and Chris with the bow tie to anyone shopping for furniture.
My husband and I have bought two large pieces of furniture from the Valley River location in the past year (first a sectional couch and then a new bed frame and mattress). Every time we have called with questions or gone in personally we have been greeted with great customer service and knowledgable staff! Excellent service all around! Sales was very helpful and scheduled delivery quickly. Went off without a hitch which is amazing for the UO.
Friendly delivery people, and they came in the time frame they said they would. Got the old sofa out and the new one in and set up with a minimum of fuss.
