Great shopping experience. My sales person helped me figure out everything
The delivery people were very polite and respectful, even when moving a 300 lb piece of furniture for me. They went to great pains to not scuff or bang anything and they made sure every component worked properly before they left. These guys ROCK! The floor people in the sales department are also very knowledgeable about the furniture and were really helpful in helping us to locate what would suit our needs. Rifes is now my go to company for furniture, keep up the good work!
Very happy with the experience. Our sales person remembered us more than a month after we had originally looked around. That left an impression.
The salesperson was great...full of ideas and much needed and requested recommendations! Delivery went smoothly and as scheduled! Calling the scheduling system back to confirm didn't work so I had to call the store back.
Great customer service from Kim, very knowledgeable in all the furniture, very friendly, thorough and not pushy. She also took the time for a Follow up phone call to check on our satisfaction with our purchases. Highly recommend her at the Valley River store!
