We got a great deal on a beautiful bedroom set! We definitely love it! I took 1star away because my furniture was damaged on delivery.. and I didn’t want to wait days for the replacement piece, so I drove to the factory picked up the pieces and took it home and put it together myself.
We wanted a good, but relatively inexpensive, mattress for a guest bed (that's why we wanted "inexpensive"). Michael took care of us well beyond what we expected. Rather than try to sell us something he wanted to sell us, he sold us what WE wanted to buy. Not only that but he looked to make sure he could get it quickly since we had a guest coming soon. We were helped by Michael. Very friendly and considerate, felt no pressure at all as he assisted in helping us consider what kind of matress and bed would be best for us. We shopped at five different stores in considering this purchase. We chose Rifes because we liked Michael and your store offered the best value for our money.
No pressure and delivered on time ,the delivery guys were great
Delivered on time and placed where we wanted it. Well, I don't get to sit in it because it's HER chair. I have my own recliner. She hasn't complained and her cat likes it, too. She likes the swivel feature.
