My family and I went to Rife's at the mall to purchase a couch. Michael showed us around the floor (they have a large selection) and answered our many questions, and then he walked away to give us space to look around on our own (much appreciated). He provided an excellent balance of coming by to answer questions and giving us space. He wasn't pushy at all. From the moment we walked into Rife’s we felt comfortable and cared for. Chelsie was helpful, kind, professional and efficient! The two guys that delivered and set up our adjustable electric base and Tempur-Pedic bed were really, polite and considerate. They had everything setup in a timely matter.
