Ordering was super easy, delivery was efficient.
Delivery was right on time, delivery guys were nice and helpful. Salesman was very helpful too, in deciding which color of chair I should get and showing me the features of the chair.
Very happy with the furniture and the price was great, but the delivery got messed up. We asked for a call when the truck was heading to our house so we could drive there and meet the truck. We got the call, were told 10 minutes till they were there, drove home and waited 90 minutes for them to show up. I realize there are difficulties scheduling and delivering, but that's a pretty big error.
The salesman (don’t remember his name but he was young and sported a bow tie) was excellent to work with! He was not a high pressured salesman but took his time to accommodate my needs. Even when it looked like I couldn’t get what I wanted and was ready to go somewhere else, he went the “extra mile” to figure out a furniture combination that meets my needs. Excellent job! I would seek him out again in the future.

Great service
We got at the store an hour before closing and Michael assisted us with excellent customer service. He’s saying was “the best deals happen after hours “. We got our dream bed set, some credit couching, and an impecable experience.
Ordered furniture and all was delivered as requested. Workman placed all as request in a timely matter. All was great.
Chris is awesome at the Valley River store!!! I was able to go right in and find exactly what I needed. Thank you!!
