Great customer service
The furniture seems well-made, is attractive, and the prices rival other furniture stores. We went back to the store because the salesman who helped us initially did it try to oversell...he just gave us the information and answered our questions. The delivery was very prompt and the delivery men were efficient and pleasant.
We recently purchased a new sofa. After it was delivered and we had it for two days we realized that it just wasn’t what we wanted, found it to be very stiff and uncomfortable. We called Michael at the Eugene Valley River store and told him of our dilemma. He was so accommodating and understanding making sure that we walked away satisfied customers. I give Michael 5 stars!

We bought a sofa from Rifes and when we got it it just didn’t work for us. We called and we’re tol that we could exchange it for another sofa, which we have. We’re very pleased with the service and the people we dealt with.
