Rides seems to always have quality furniture that I can afford! From beginning to end everyone was friendly and helpful I got my bed, it was easy to put up and I love it. I will definitely go back!
Chris was helpful and a good listener. When there was an issue with the delivery, he was quick to offer excellent customer service.
Our salesman was very helpful and let us take our time trying couches and recliners. We are happy with our choice. There delivery guys were rightf on time and set up everything for us.
I am extremely happy with the couch and ottoman that I purchased from Rife's. The couch was delivered on-time (early actually) and the delivery staff was very courteous. I picked up the ottoman. The staff at the warehouse was less organized, still courteous. I did have issues removing packaging - had to use pliers to remove staples and scissors to cut around plastic to find the staples. (I removed one star from my rating because of this.) Also had to call the store to ask how to install the legs as there was no instruction.
All was excellent... especially David @ VRC.... would highly recommend
A real no pressure store, which makes it a pleasant experience when looking at different pieces of furniture.
