Really helpful great service as I shopped from long distance to help my mom purchase some furniture as she moved into an assisted living facility. Sales fellow scoured their local warehouse and found everything I needed and provided some helpful advice along the way. Delivery was scheduled VERY promptly, courtesy calls when delivery was close.

Customer service with Michael at the Valley River store was perfect !! We have come back to Rifes for all of our furniture needs because of his stellar service !! I was unhappy with the attitude of one of the delivery men. I did not catch his name, but he was rude ands angry that he had to take our old furniture, even though we had paid for it to be hauled away. He claimed that he had no room on the truck.
