Wonderful time looking at each piece of furniture I was interested in. Explaining how each fabric holds up under the type of use. No hurry or pressure, calling each store to make sure they had the piece I wanted. My experience is a 👍👍.
We were greeted by David, a very friendly and informative gentleman who did not pressure us but provided answers to all of our questions and then some! He was able to talk In detail about the construction of each of the love seats we were considering!
I purchased a Rocker Recliner with power head and lumbar. There was a small problem with the mechanism which Rife's addressed immediately. A new part was ordered and when it arrived was installed by their technician, Kyle. I cannot say enough about Kyle, he was courteous, knew exactly what he was doing, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Kyle. The sales staff were also great. I love my new chair.

Everything was great, we did experience a little bit of a late delivery, however as I said it was handled well and the guys were nice and very respectful.

Sales person helped us in selecting the cabinet we needed to accept our new tv. We were able to go directly to Rife’s warehouse where we turned in our paperwork and the crew brought the boxed cabinet to our vehicle and loaded it.
My order was ready ahead of schedule. The drivers were on time and polite.
