Great customer service and awesome furniture!
Helpful sales people. I was particularly appreciative of the ability to take a couple fabric swatches home to get a good feel for the color I wanted. Excellent communication from the delivery team. I'm very happy and loving my new sofa!
Great. I placed an order online and had the furniture with 3 weeks (holidays). The delivery was quick.
I needed the sofa I ordered to be here for an event I was having. The timeline was close. David was great and made calls to Stanton and made sure it was going to be on the truck and scheduled the delivery to make sure I would have it in time. When my ottoman didn't make it on the truck, Louis. the Warehouse Manager, delivered it himself on Saturday morning, on his own time. We really appreciated the follow up and making sure we had out furniture! We love the sectional sofa and ottoman!
Aside from experiencing delays in delivery (it was, after all, the holidays), I was very impressed with my dealings with Rife’s. The sales people (David and, and, I think, Michael) were low-key and helpful. My couch is great, very well-made. I also want to give extra thanks to the delivery men - Ronnie and Veae. ordered furniture in early Nov. didn't recievenit till Jan. 4th. called several times with no response. finally went into store and found out it had been in warehouse for about a week everyone was pleasant but couldn't get answers.
I got a brand new salesperson named Reid. He was terrific with help from Dave. We picked up our table and got it home to discover a smashed corner. I called the VRC store and they said they would have Reid call me but I have not heard back yet. That was a couple days ago. Hoping to hear soon

Patient, informative, personable - and a good deal. If you're like me, you probably don't like feeling stalked or salespitch-targeted when strolling around a store. The folks at Rife's offered assistance and were fine with us shopping at our own pace. We love our couch and are just received delivery of a new bed. In both cases, the delivery team took care to move new items into the house and take away the outgoing items. Courteous, efficient and friendly.
