rude and very unprofessional The salesman and credit manager were so rude to my sister while she was trying to purchase a vehicle. They made fun of her, so very unprofessional!

used van I bought a used van from this dealership and have had nothing but trouble ever since. I told the salesman i did not need to put more money into another vehicle. a salesman contacted me months after the purchase and i told him i was not happy and i havent heard from the dealership since. they just wanted to make a sale.

Jeep Wrangler I found a Jeep this dealer had for sale and contacted sales and spoke with Mitch. We talked a bit and I told him I would make the two and a half hour drive the next morning and he informed me he would be working. The next morning we were on our way and got a call from the dealership around ten oclock to confirm that we were on the way. Not happy with dealership. I had emailed Don several times concerning a Jeep Liberty (stock #12653P) I saw on cars.com. I gave him the information on my trade in, including the serial number. I asked for an approximate trade difference. I live over 4 hours from High Point and didn't want to drive that far if there was no chance of me getting the trade in I needed.
