2017 Jeep Cherokee Sport Don't ever buy a Jeep Cherokee Sport from this dealership!!!!!!!! Exactly ONE YEAR the jeep started showing SERVICE SHIFTER and all the light on the gear shift were red. Worst experience so far I tried to buy a brand new RAM 1500 that was advertised on Cars.com. Asked for the final prices, and after 6 hours, many unanswered messages, they didn't bother to answer me. When I told the lady to forget about it, she answered me a lot of times, telling me how busy they are...
Blah Blah Blah Total waste of time and a bunch of broken promises. I went there and told them exactly what I could afford. I was looking for a quality used car with a low down payment and low monthly price. Trying to get the final number for so many hours.. I called this dealer today in the morning, wanting to buy a RAM 1500 brand new with them. Asked for the final numbers, and after 6 hours waiting, no answer AT ALL. I don't understand... Why they just get a calculator and send me the numbers? It is that difficult?

Never trust their mechanics! I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler had problems with it jumping and skipping took it in to see what the problem was and they told me it needed a tune-up and the fuel system needed be clean this vehicle only had like 64000 miles on it. Town & Country owner The process for getting an appointment with a service technician is not ideal. Twice, a temporary receptionist took my information, promising to get back to me, and I never heard from the service department. Luckily, I knew them well enough to call directly. But you will lose new clients if you do not fix this glitch

My Experience at ilderton dodge Going in hoping for a better experience the seound go round. Being that the first time sales rep made promises to have dents and scratches taken care of on the chrslyer sebring that i got from them, that the manager didnt approve.
