Trying to get the final number for so many hours.. I called this dealer today in the morning, wanting to buy a RAM 1500 brand new with them. Asked for the final numbers, and after 6 hours waiting, no answer AT ALL. I don't understand... Why they just get a calculator and send me the numbers? It is that difficult?

Never trust their mechanics! I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler had problems with it jumping and skipping took it in to see what the problem was and they told me it needed a tune-up and the fuel system needed be clean this vehicle only had like 64000 miles on it. Town & Country owner The process for getting an appointment with a service technician is not ideal. Twice, a temporary receptionist took my information, promising to get back to me, and I never heard from the service department. Luckily, I knew them well enough to call directly. But you will lose new clients if you do not fix this glitch

I bought a Jeep....from another dealer! I contacted Inderton Jeep by e-mail, asking specific questions about a car they had in stock. I NEVER got an answer to my question(s); what I got was a barrage of e-mails wanting my phone #.

My Experience at ilderton dodge Going in hoping for a better experience the seound go round. Being that the first time sales rep made promises to have dents and scratches taken care of on the chrslyer sebring that i got from them, that the manager didnt approve. So the reps manager made him make 2 of my car payments which were paid late which to me still wasn't good enough bc the seat belt was broken and other things to where i didnt fully have the car in my possession without having to go back and forth up there for a month... read more

Worst place I've ever been to I've been having my car serviced there for over a year and had nothing but positive reviews for the service department. Today I was in for service and decided to check out their lot. I'm considering trading in my car for something else. Bad just Bad I came to buy a car and was given attitude because I wanted to discuss things over with my wife and the sales manager talked pure trash as I was leaving right after i told the sales Representative I would trade my truck in the next day,I got approved 0 down but because of my experience with the sales manager I told him I wouldn't buy. used van I bought a used van from this dealership and have had nothing but trouble ever since. I told the salesman i did not need to put more money into another vehicle. a salesman contacted me months after the purchase and i told him i was not happy and i havent heard from the dealership since. they just wanted to make a sale.
