Disappointed car wash no longer included as part of service. Otherwise service experience has generally been pretty good.
Matt Stanley is great. I like where I can just drop my car off for Services. They sent me home in an Uber and back to pick up my car in an Uber makes my day easy for maintenance on my car.

Phil Crabtree has been my service advisor for over 15 years and has been excellent since we first met, gives excellent service and I never feel like he has upcharged me or suggested something unnecessary. Bought a new car from John Barr and Gay Otey and enjoyed working with both, felt I was treated very generously. The dealership is very well run.
