As usual, I was very happy with my experience at Findlay. From being greeted promptly upon arrival, consulting with Dalton and Jamie, to checking out and finding my car waiting for me st the curb, I found the entire process to be efficient, professional, and friendly.
Very good service. Natalie estimated the service would take about 2 1/2 hours. while waiting, I received a text asking for authorization to provide two additional maintenance requirements and the approximate cost. I authorized the additions and still received my vehicle back about 15 minutes early. Great work!!
