As of the past few trip to Findlay, Vince has assisted me with my truck needs, he's upfront, honest, and helpful with my service needs and always honest about his opinion, which I really appreciate these days. Getting my car fixed with things that didn't need to be fixed. He has my respect with that and always appreciate his honestly, he's a great asset for Findlay.
What can I say, it's just an 18 month service check up! Nothing to brag about from Toyota!
Service tech Jordan was amazing also the mechanic to fix the issue on my car they found it and they fixed it Jordan explain everything to me well put me on a free rent a car for a day and the whole experience was amazing they don't do this in Los Angeles Downtown & Norwalk I have to go to Vegas to get excellent care for my vehicle
Last time I was there I did not have a good experience but afterwards they made it right and I came back to give them another chance and the one who helped me was Jordan very polite very attentive made me feel welcome took care of me explain things to me made sure I understood

The folks at Toyota Findlay were great. Beatrix was very patient with my wife and I and made sure we got the car we wanted for a price we were comfortable with. My lender came up JUST short of granting me the loan I needed, but finance got me a loan for the money I needed and a rate I was comfortable with.
Your attention to detail stinks. As my car was being driven into pickup I saw a valve cap fly off a tire. Also my oil change sticker wasn't updated, i had to check my paperwork to make sure it was done. Does not give me confidence about the $1000 i just spent on repairs.
It was wonderful, I would recommend Toyota to anyone. Beatrix and Joe were wonderful and very helpful
