Very knowledgeable Customer Service Rep. Also the services were explained well to me as well as the cost. The work done by thr service department was done in a timely manner the issues were repaired.

Their service center is top notch. I see my service advisor Phill Crabtree every 5K miles like clockwork and he helps me keep my ‘18 Camry Hybrid shipshape. He warns me about upcoming service needs so I can plan ahead and space them out to control the costs—he’s great about helping me break down the needs vs. the wants. I have even taken my Subaru there a couple times because the service I’ve gotten at Findlay Toyota in Henderson is just so superior to what I’ve gotten elsewhere.
Service is good, but I did have to bring the vehicle back twice for the same items. It would also be a nice asset if they washed the vehicles before delivery.
Service writer Cara was great. Explained everything regarding the new key. Will ask for her next time.
