Words can't even begin to explain how thankful we are for Tommy and Findlay Toyota. We had an impossible dream to get a TRD Pro 2023 Sequoia and Tommy made that dream a reality. Not only was communication over the months it took to find one fantastic, but once the vehicle became available he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure we got it. Best Toyota dealer in the valley! Customer service is top notch, friendly staff, clean customer waiting lounge with multiple TV to enjoy your complimentary assorted choice of coffee, tea, and water. My service advisor (Shaun) is very helpful and professional during my visit for the Tundra routine maintenance.
John Gartrell was super helpful and kept me updated the whole way. Once my car arrived, the rest of the process was fairly quick. Everyone I spoke with was friendly!

Just purchased a 2022 RAV 4 Hybrid. If you have been looking for an electrified/hybrid vehicle in the past year, you know how difficult to impossible it has been, but my salesperson, Linda Dang, was excellent. We just had our 2019 Toyota Rav4 serviced (brake fluid change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our service advisor, Matt Stanley, continues to provide awesome service (provided us with an Uber and back, as our appointment lasted 2.5 hours).
