I went in because my "low tire" icon was on. A large screw type nail was found to be the culprit and because of the angle, a patch job would not work. Richard was very helpful. The tire I wanted was not in stock but he found one that could be delivered the next morning. Leaving my car at the dealership gave me no transportation for the evening. He comped me a rental. I was on my way and returned the next afternoon to retrieve my car with its new tire. However, I do miss the free car wash option that you once offered.

The Service center is outstanding! Phill C. my service advisor went beyond and above helping me showing up at 3:15 with a battery light. My vehicle was diagnosed with a bad alternator. The part changed and my vehicle returned to me at 5:15. I didn't expect to get my vehicle back until the following day.

I arrived at 1:45 for my appointment. I was screaming immediately. The car was taken back quickly. I was promised completion by 3:15 PM. At 3:40 PM I went to the cashier and she Located my service rep. He had somehow put my ticket in the wrong place. So no one notified me that it was ready.
