Love my Toyota, but enjoyed the Honda dealership more. Rep walked away when I was trying to explain situation. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if I was having a bad day. Previous interactions were also very so so. Will try another rep in the future.

After multiple attempts the service department was able to fix my issue however I would not trust them with my vehicle anymore.
