The service center was a pleasure to visit and provided all necessary maintenance on my vehicle to keep it running.
My wife and I have been Findlay Toyota customers since 2007 and my family has been Findlay customers since their original dealership in the early 1960's. Being a repeat customer says it all. I have no tolerance for shoddy or dishonest service and have ceased doing business with dealerships for other car brands we've owned after just one bad experience.
I got a next day appointment and got my car in and out in one day. It is old and I wanted to do maintenance and make sure it was road worthy. Very courteous staff and I feel I can trust them to do good work, only what I ask for and only what is necessary. I keep coming back because of this even though they are on the far other side of town.
Stephanie and Joe and the whole team at Findlay are so awesome and easy to deal with. Very personable and you can tell they have your best interests at heart.
It was a pleasure working with Beatrix with the Internet Sales Team and TJ in the Finance Dept. They made the experience very easy with no pressure at all. I recommend Findlay and Beatrix/TJ.
