My issue with the service department is that they tell you they will give you an update on your vehicle with four hours of dropping it off and I never get an update. I am the one who has to reach out to find out the status of my vehicle.
Nice and friendly people who listen to you. Will knows I like to keep my car very long. I don't wait as long as recommended for oil changes. I beleive strongly 5,000 miles is time to change the oil. Enjoyed our wait with a little latte coffee!
