Matt, my service writer, was very knowledgeable and kept me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. I watched James greet everyone who came for coffee or whatever with a kind smile and a good morning. People who came in with a frown, left with a smile after a short moment with James. Friendly efficient service. I could not ask for better. Recently my wife's Prius would not start. We had it towed to Findlay. Will Collier, our service consultant, provided excellent service and had the car repaired and returned to us in one day.

Eric Maldonado was a huge help and assisted me to find solutions to the problem I had with my car. He went above and beyond more than he needed to and talked me through what options I have. 10/10 assistance and would come back again if Eric was there.

Vehicle we had a deposit on became non-existent for delivery and then a secondary choice was sold from under us with the deposit on it. This was the 5th car we've purchased from your dealership and didn't appreciate all the confusion.
