Service consultants are excellent. Nice lobby to wait for the car. Coffee machines are a nice touch. Halloween decorations are great except for one thing. They are a little loud.
Phillip Crabtree our Service Advisor is remarkable. He’s always looking out for us and completely understands our needs.
I’d give 5 stars but the lack of a car wash is ridiculous. There’s enough money in Toyota to upgrade to a new car wash. Every other dealership has a car wash. Saying it’s for environmental purposes is just an outright false statement.
