They made it Super easy and was helpful when it came to leasing a new car.
They seem to really have their stuff together. I really like how they offer Lyft rides. Sometimes I choose just to wait because of the waiting area is comfortable and has amenities. The biggest thing that I love is that they let me have my dog. All the employees were stopping by to pet her Which really made my day and Riley the corgi.
Xavier was excellent. Wait time a little long but they were very, very, very busy.

Ethan Plott was exceptional in my recent service on January 2nd. He texted me at 6:40 am to let me know they were going to start looking at my Venza. He texted and called me personally during the day to keep me updated. At the end of the day, he made me very happy with the outcome of my service.
Way over priced on service fees and charges and parts. I felt totally ripped off and will NEVER be bringing my truck back there for a quote or any service at all. Complete rip off for servuce and parts.
