Came in for a Green Service and left with a new Torque Mount and a new CV boot. Unfortunately these things are going to break down. It’s a 2013 Venza. I love this SUV and I really haven’t had any issues with this vehicle.

Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations, and support. John Wong, my service consultant, was excellent. However, the dealerships repair cost pricing was absolutely outrageous, as was the time to even examine the vehicle for the air conditioning repair ( 3.5 hours plus another 1.5 hours for the repair. The corolla needed a new cable that supposedly had been chewed through by rats. The dealership did not have the cable but repaired the wires for a cost of over $600, OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!
