Everything was as expected. 4RUNNER was checked out and ready within time frame given. Coffee great. The fellow working the snack bar brought over waters for us. Very nice.
Tommy made my car buying experience so quick, easy, and smooth. Tommy and the rest of the staff were all so accommodating and friendly. Took the time to explain car functions as well. Great customer service. The staff I interacted with gave me a great car buying experience. Honestly, very good and timely communication throughout. I would rate 10/10.
Just had my regular maintenance. My service advisor was Aimie. She was very informative , a good communicator, and a good person in general. My service was complete in the time promised. Car ran great afterward. Very happy with everything ! Gleb D.
As usual everything went good and the waiting time was reasonable I did the service before going to work it works perfect the only thing that I did not like it was the fact that customers that came after me were taking first even though my car was in front of theirs but I talk to the young guys why I got skip with 2 customers and he apologized at least .
