My experience at this dealership has always been so good. Everyone so friendly and kind to everyone. They always greet you at the moment you enter that door or even smile. Emilio Sepeda has been one of the person we talk over the phone to get anything done to the truck, he’s always helpful and he’s always on top of everything. He even talks Spanish that’s what makes it more easier for my husband to talk and explain any issues with our truck. He dose a good job. He’s very friendly and keeps you updated on anything. Toyota is a very large operation with so many different moving parts yet everyone is upbeat and very helpful! Plus, they have everything streamlined and the customer service surpasses all other dealerships that I have been to and worked with! Tommy took time to help me find the specific trim and spec RAV4 my wife was looking for. We had to wait for it from factory and he went out of his way to keep us updated along the process. I threw a barrage of questions at him which he answered with sound experience. My next purchase will be for me and it will be thru Tommy!
Great service department and friendly staff. The lobby is really nice too which makes waiting for your vehicle a relaxing breeze. Free water and coffee. Spotless bathrooms and plenty of tables and chairs to sit.
