Everyone I was in contact with at the dealership was great. Except for one sales person who rudely interrupted my conversation with Kevin from Findlay Customs regarding purchasing a suspension lift for my 2023 4Runner (which I purchased from Findlay Toyota). I understand that she was attempting to make a sale and please her customer, but I was in the middle of my conversation with Kevin, and because of her rudeness, Kevin lost my business.
Services in this facility meets my satisfaction. The service rep very accommodating. Commendable Toyota facilty.

Our experience was exceptional. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Tony was a star, starting with our first telephone cal through to the end. He was respectful of our time, and kept us informed throughout of costs and time frame. It is a busy dealership but they all worked together to meet everyone's needs and do it in a timely manner.
