Service writer Kevin is a super star. This is the second time that he has taken care of my car servicing. The service technicians were dismissive of my concerns for my vehicle, but despite that, they did solve a problem that they seemed to dismiss. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars, as I have done in the past.
Will was very professional and courteous. He was able to effectively respond and address all of my concerns regarding the recent servicing of my Toyota Corolla.
Not very pushy. Seem to perform properly but I'm not an expert and only had one episode whe re car xame back worse than it went in

This is invasive. I like your service but this is nonsense yea yea yea yea
While I do find the quality of service and repair to be satisfactory, the wait time is often much longer than estimated. While I used to solely utilize the Findlay Toyota service department for repairs and routine maintenance, it seems beginning about 2-3 years ago additional service is ALWAYS recommended which winds up costing nearly $1K over my initial estimate. Because of these issues I have recently sought out other options for routine maintenance.
