I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, 20K servicing. I waited there (on a very busy day) and was out in under an hour.
Service was faster then expected and free due to car being new love having coffee at the station
When I got in my car to leave, the driver seat was out of my adjustment and I didn’t realize that it wouldn’t go back to its original position until later. It manually adjusts. I left in a trip immediately following the service and didn’t get in the vehicle for about a week. I finally got it back in position and haven’t moved it since. After my initial service the interior had an unpleasant smell sort of like brake fluid for a couple of weeks. I’m going to pay more attention the next time I take for service.
The service was very quality and the crew was very nice and friendly! Will definitely continue to come back.

I like the customer service and Finnallys employees. I would recommend Finnally to friends and family. I am also considering buying another car from Finnally and Breden Bush.
Sales men really friendly and helpful including to my family and gets questions answered but do not agree with service side always trying to recommend a front wheel alighnment
