This is my first time at the service department. The place is clean, the employees are friendly. The lounge area is spacious. I can’t recall the person’s name that picked me up from my home to take me back to the dealership, he is a horrible driver, driving 35+ down my neighborhood. After I got in the car closed the door he took off in his black KIA. I was struggling to get my seatbelt on because I was somewhat stuck to the seat that was reclined far back.
