Xavier was a great representative, he checked me in, I had an appointment, told me 1-1.5 hours for an oil change, and my car was turned around in 45 minutes. Mid way through I was suggested through text to get a new cabin filter, but I changed that 3 months ago myself, I denied the order and they continued with what I originally came in for. All in all the oil change and process was great.

They were done before the time estimated, which was very much appreciated since I was waiting. I appreciate the new procedure of being able to go straight to my van instead of having to go to the checkout counter to retrieve key fob. Findlay is always my first choice for maintenance.
