We've had our 2023 camry for less than a year and just had our second maintenance service on December 26. We also had an issue with the check engine light. While the service and staff are great, we were there for over 6 hours! The company does not offer a loaner so people can get other stuff done while waiting. There is no microwave for the cold burritos, cheeseburgers, etc., that they sell. We had a 2 hour drive home and our car still wasn't repaired and we have to return again to complete the job. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I went for an oil change and Kai was super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was out of there in 40 minutes. He did have some recommendations that I should have serviced, but I was really in a hurry that day so he wasn’t pushy, and I didn’t feel like he made up a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed that really didn’t.
