I always reach out to Richard every time I go to Toyota. He helps me save money and time to get back to whatever I need to do. I think I found the best service representative not only in Toyota but in all car dealers that I'd been to in America.
Friendly staff, appreciate ride home and back when service time is extended. Phil is always there to assist with whatever is needed!
Easy to schedule. Smooth inprocessing and no upsell. Complimentary Uber and text communications were very convenient.
I had no problem with the service itself. The cost of replacing fluids seemed very high, however. Quality of service is a time related function. I assume it will be fine based on Findlay’s trained service technicians.

I’m not sure about the new way I was greeted at the service center. Having someone come out with a computer and taking down my problem is not the same as being inside discussing the problem. To much interference outside.
They don’t do markups on vehicles. That’s a bonus. But they make up for it in other areas. (Trade ins, added features, Interest rates) Still a 5 star rating though. Process is smooth and they go above and beyond when working with you. I waited months for my trd pro 4 runner and Beatrix kept me Informed and updated thru the process. I’m honestly not sure how this deal came together, but Beatrix and Doron worked incredibly hard to make it happen. Words can’t express how much this was needed and appreciated.
