We did an internet deal. Found out when I got there that the MSRP was not correct as documented by our sales guy--which definitely affected the negotiation. We probably ended up close to what I was going to pay, but it was clear that the sales guy was keeping info from us and blowing smoke about MSRP.

Chad Scott the service writer was very helpful. Very professional. I have to say I am irritated at the price of my spark plugs $503.00. I was expecting to pay a total of $500 instead, $500 was a down payment to the total bill. If you have a Venza, (of course it is the only model that they laid out the engine so that they have to pull out half of it to replace the spark plugs) expect that at 90K miles. Other than that it was an ok experience
