Brian Short, Service Manager, was so helpful explaining to me the different types of extended warranty options for my 4Runner. It was a simple process and he answered all of my questions. Will definitely go to Findlay Toyota for all of my 4Runner needs due to Brian's helpfulness and knowledge.

Estimated time of delivery was way longer than expected. Weird thing when a ride home is accepted, I get called back way earlier but when waiting for my vehicle, almost double the wait time. Price was the highest I’ve paid for a synthetic oil change in a while. My current local service center is offering this same service for $40 off your price. Larry Miller Toyota of Surprise for reference: their March madness oil change special. Your service advisor offered 10% off your price.
Thomas Tran was efficient and helpful. The service was completed earlier than I expected it to be.
I only had personal interaction with Tony & Daniel who transported my vehicle to Findlay & back to my home. They were great, A+. My only other contact was by telephone with Xavier. He kept me apprised regarding what was happening with my car. Again A+. I am appreciative that you offer pick-up & return service. Look forward to using again. Thank You Findlay Toyota.
Shaun was helpful in providing me options of either waiting for my car or make use of the car provided by Findlay to go home and wait for my car to be services. Although I chose to wait, I appreciate having the choice.
