Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Communication thru texting was very accurate and helpful. Of course not too happy with the cost of the service but it is what it is
Cody and Antoine were the best. Both are attentive and provided excellent communication throughout the process.
I was able to wait for the "Blue Service" to be completed. My car was available just after one hour, fifteen minutes had elapsed. All done promptly.....no problems.

Courteous and professional techs! Showroom is clean and I’m happy with the great coffee.
We have worked with Jordan Santos for years. He is very professional, and his communication skills are excellent. Findlay is very thorough, and we have never had to take our vehicles back for any problems after they have been repaired. We have older cars and thanks to Findlay, they are still on the road! Tim McFadden assisted me for my first service at Findlay Toyota. He explained what was being done and I felt that I was in good hands. It was a quick, first service and a good experience for me. Findlay Toyota has an inside area for its customers. You can get coffee, tea, water, and, if you are hungry, can buy an assortment of snacks and food items.
