My service advisor, Jordan Santos, was super helpful as soon as I drove onto the service drive he was ready to check me into get my tint done. He also offered an Uber service home and to the dealership while I wait for my car to be done. When everything was completed he went into detail about tint and was very informative about the curing process. Always super friendly and kind definitely would recommend coming to see Jordan for any service needs! Thank you!

Phil Crabtree is beyond professional. Prompt to answer phone calls, prompt and transparent about the services and Findlay Toyota generously sends me home in an Uber while I’m waiting for my car to be serviced so I don’t waste my rare days off sitting in a dealership. Have to say the reason I take my Toyota Tundra to Findlay is the best customer service anywhere. Plus I know the work is done right! Keep up the fantastic work.
The service was great, as was the tire person who came and spoke to us. What is annoying is when sales people who I have no history with start contacting me because they want me to trade my Tundra. Not cool and a real turnoff.
