Ethan was awesome! Came in for an oil change and he saw that I had two recalls, one for my extra key fob and one for airbags. He was able to get me a rental and helped me bring my car seats over while my car was getting fixed. Everyone at the rental was friendly as well.

ALL of my Toyota service is done at Findlay, and I always depend on Jordan Santos as my advisor. Jordan ensures that all of the preventative maintenance is accomplished IAW Toyota specifications on both of my vehicles Thanks to his efforts my vehicles have NEVER broken down. Jordan keeps me informed of the vehicle progress in the shop and clears all work to be done prior to doing it. Jordan is a credit to your organization.
