Findlay Toyota of Henderson gives quality service. Starting with making the appointment,it is easy to do. Next upon arrival the greeter is kind and retrieves the service advisor. My service advisor Trever was professional in every step of my service this year.

The service is excellent even with no prior appointment made. I got my truck battery checked. Since it was found to be low and got it replaced free since it was within the 2 years 100% replacement period.
I had an outstanding experience with Findlay Toyota Service Center. The service advisor was excellent and carefully listened to my needs. He was thorough, friendly, and on-point. I greatly appreciated the high-tech approach at this service center with things like the maintenance tech sending me pics of the work he was doing, what he recommended, and the ease of me approving repairs with a tap from my phone. Use to be very good. The last two times, I brought my car in for service and the service writer, ( Trevor ) said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Not bad. Free coffee. But it was 2 1/2 hours. But I will say they said I needed a a/c boost. So for 100.00 dollar more I said ok. So maybe an extra hour could be ok. But I haven't felt any difference. Trevor was very nice and friendly.
Yiran Wang was very patient and very knowledgeable with everything we asked. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.
