Following a very untruthful and overpriced oil change and filter at Meineke, I was told that there were numerous other problems that needed work IMMEDIATELY. I declined, went to Findlay Toyota in Henderson and met a service rep named Ethan Plott. I had no appointment, told Ethan that this was an emergency based on what the Meineke Shop had told me and he graciously told me to come right in.
