Brandon Snowden was awesome, great personality, very informative, and kept me up to date. The only negative is the exterior of my car had some greasy looking smudge marks.

Maverick is a great service rep, kept me informed on everything being done on my truck, in addition to normal service they notified me the water pump was leaking, got that replaced. I do a lot of highway driving, last thing I needed is to breakdown in the middle of no where, thanks to the mechanic for being thorough
