Prompt to answer phone calls, prompt and transparent about the services and Findlay Toyota generously sends me home in an Uber while I’m waiting for my car to be serviced so I don’t waste my rare days off sitting in a dealership. Overall, I'm usually happy with Toyota Service. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I've received my vehicle; the interior dash, doors, and seats are left with dirty handprints.
