Quick on oil change however I was not sure if service tech even rotate my tires. I came back with my wheel lock keys & gave to Aimee for technicians but notice the my tires looks the same position when I got home. Aimee was totally a nice , and understanding though. She’s very attentive.
My battery went bad and my Toyota Corolla hybrid and I needed a replacement. I called to be sure they had one in stock for me and showed up without an appointment. An hour and a half later after interacting with a very nice employee, I was back on the road.
Every time I went to Findlay Toyota and got the service, I’ve noticed that a few people who work there always adjust the driver’s seat, the distance between the wheel and the height of the chair. Is it possible next time to leave it the way it was or don’t adjust it at all. Findlay Toyota is highly recommended, thanks
Unfortunately the tech did not tighten the oil pan plug and had to come back since I was dripping oil. Steven Chapman was professional and made it right when I brought it back.

Findlaly Toyota service center gave my car a once over after hearing a noise while turning and in preparation for a cross country road trip. They checked everything out and there was nothing wrong, so there was no charge! This is where I bought my car 19 years ago and where I will likely purchase my next car. Thank you for your great, honest service.
