Antonio, our service advisor, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with our 2021 Accord under warranty and had everything completed the same day, including an oil change and tire rotation. When we picked up the car, it was ready and waiting, along with a helpful list of upcoming recommended maintenance. We’ll definitely be back and will be scheduling with Antonio again.

Kevin Suarez was my service advisor and he was excellent. He was professional, cordial and welcomed me with a smile. Kevin communicated with me while my vehicle was being serviced and later to go over my service report. I was in and out of the service department in a very timely manner even though there was a temporary malfunction with the hydraulic lifts in the shop. I have been a customer since 2003 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great Customer Service. Kacey responded to my question in a very timely manner. They respect my schedule and treat me like a valued customer. I feel that the Service staff is honest about the work that is needed and will not pressure me into unnecessary work. It’s a nice feeling in this uncertain time.
