I wasn't terribly happy with the service department. But decided to trade my 2017 Honda in and buy a new 2025 Honda Accord . Q Ashari helped me and Did a fantastic job in completing the sale for me. I give him a 5 star rating for his service and attention. I Thank him for taking the time to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle and for taking care of everything that needed to be taken care of when others were not very attentive or receptive to my needs. Antonio, our service advisor, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with our 2021 Accord under warranty and had everything completed the same day, including an oil change and tire rotation. When we picked up the car, it was ready and waiting, along with a helpful list of upcoming recommended maintenance. We’ll definitely be back and will be scheduling with Antonio again.

Kevin Suarez was my service advisor and he was excellent. He was professional, cordial and welcomed me with a smile. Kevin communicated with me while my vehicle was being serviced and later to go over my service report. I was in and out of the service department in a very timely manner even though there was a temporary malfunction with the hydraulic lifts in the shop.
