Superb service as usual! Brought my Honda Pilot in for front lower bushing replacement and Computer alignment. Scheduled with Carlos, greeted at dealership, advised the time to get the work done. Work was done on time. The estimate for the service was right on target! Always a good experience with the dealership and their service consultants. Carlos is professional, personable, and detailed. He is knowledgeable of the service requirements for my Honda. Five star service!

As soon as I entered the building- I was not bombarded with representatives -PLUS The person at the front desk was very welcoming and sat me down and offered water- while I waited for my representative. I did have to wait a little bit for the sales person and the car - which I felt should’ve been ready since I made an appointment specifically for this- but everything beyond this was great.
