Took car in for suggested service, Brake fluid exchange and rear brake pad replacement and rotor turning. Made appointment with Carlos, dropped Honda Pilot at the scheduled time, told it would be done by 10:30 am, service completed by 10 am. Very pleased with Findlay Honda and the service consultant Carlos. They always exceed my expectations. I inquired a car online. I knew what I was looking for. I was just dreading the process and sure enough i got a call from Mr. Q. He asked what kind of car I wanted, lease or finance and how much I was willing to put down and what monthly payments I was going for. He was very helpful and assured me that he will give me what i asked for and leave with a car the same day! He made the signing process fun and easy! My husband and daughter and I enjoyed him very much! We had great service from him and his team!
