Cole was very helpful in getting my A/C repaired. He provided excellent customer service. Because of the excellent service I received from Cole, I will definitely be coming back for the upkeep of my Honda, most especially if this type of service is the norm. The staff is always pleasant and courteous.

Cole Petto was my excellent service rep at Findlay Honda Henderson. He is very professional, courteous and hands on. I came in with an AC problem. Cole explained everything every step of the way on the repair. He even arranged a loner car for me as the vehicle was repaired. Cole made himself available to me for any questions at any time. I took my car in for a recall and oil change. The appointment process was easy and I was greeted by Cole, a thoroughly helpful guy. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the good communication during my appointment. 🙂 It was one of the easiest service appointments I’ve ever had. Everything was EXCELLENT!
