I was first told the "payoff amount", which was higher than the amount on the lease contract. Then I was told that I had to pay a $995 "inspection fee". When I pointed out that a inspection was not required when purchasing the vehicle I was told this was a new dealership fee. Translation: dealership wants some cash. I bought a car with two dings in it, when I tried to return it they played dumb. I had to call Honda's corporate headquarters to get them to give me another car. Alex sold me the car, so stay away from him. All of his colleagues are dirt bags as well.
