I recently had my Crosstour serviced at Findlay Honda in Henderson and I am very happy with the service I received. My advisor Dominyc Zuniga was very friendly and helpful, he made good recommendations and didn't try to push any unnecessary services which I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Very easy experience. Listened to me and worked with me to get where we needed to be. Darnell is knowledgeable and made me feel like he really wanted to meet my budget. I would definitely recommend Darnell and the dealership.

From The time I stepped foot in the door they were absolutely accommodating. Mathew and Brian were wonderful. I had a price in mind, Mathew pulled up a car that is so beautiful and drives like a dream. I knew right then she was mine. Brian was wonderful as well, he did all the paper work and off I went. Took my Ridgeline in for service and was quickly met there by Fernando. He thoroughly explained what they would be doing on the truck and kept be updated while I waited at the dealership. Upon completion of my service, Fernando again explained everything that was completed on my truck and I appreciated his awesome communication and positive attitude during my time there! Service technician Devon Iwanicki provided excellent customer service as he listened to what I wanted & provided me a few suggestions along with items recommended based on mileage and year of vehicle. He provided me with a printed list for my review & later consideration. Service was quick by service members. They could improve waiting area, especially in comparison to Findlay Toyota.
