I paid a surcharge for Two (2) Day delivery and it took Four (4) days to get here. When the A/C Compressor arrived it was leaking Oil?!?!? I hesitate to install it, but I am in a time crunch.
Ordered an A/C compressor. Finally arrived, I had the car taken apart ready to install the new one. opened the box - took comp. out to install the comp/ bolt pattern was ok BUT the line ports were wrong and would not hook up the the A/C lines on the Toyota Celica. I have been trying to get Someone, anyone to answer my emails or phone calls to explain the problem, get an RMA and shipping label since it's arrival on 6/19. Box shows up Wednesday, and it’s empty! Box was not taped shut, so I have no idea where the compressor is! All I know, is that I want my money back.
I never received a response to my question regarding an auto part.
Received the part and it don't look like the advertising says in picture. Looks beat up and it has a tag dated 2/14/12 plastic bag it came in was literally filthy it was dusty and brown looking.not painted as in picture scratches bent no high side port as pictured.looked returned years ago.no plastic caps in end fittings.the low side condenser and hose ordered same time hasn't yet arrived. The packages have not yet been delivered so I can't write a review except to say that there was no notice about the delay in delivery. I'll happily write another review once the products are delivered.
I paid with my time and credit card for something not in stock. You said my order would be canceled and credit card would be refunded, that has not happened. So get it done.
Do not expect me to give any kind of positive review. Just becasue the box showed up Im not going to let you turn that into some kind of endorsement. If you are smart you will figure out a way to leave me alone and don't ask me to rate the spelling on your website or the color of your banner.
